Introducing entomophagy, a food culture of eating insects. It not only provides a more sustainable food protein alternative for people but creates a unique food experience. In order to feed a larger population, food production must increase by 70%. so this project will not only question the current food production systems of eating meat but also the increasing issue of food waste.
